Billing and refund support
HatchLedger is not accepting new public purchases while the product and offer are under review.
Legacy transactions
If you believe an existing charge is associated with HatchLedger, email info@hatchledger.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and the last four digits shown for the payment method. Do not send a complete card number.
Review
Requests are assessed against the terms presented at purchase, processor records, delivered access, applicable law, and the facts of the transaction. This page does not promise an automatic refund, fixed review time, or a blanket 14-day guarantee.
Subscriptions
Ask support to locate and cancel any legacy recurring HatchLedger subscription. Cancellation ordinarily stops future renewals; it does not by itself reverse a completed charge. The preserved billing webhook remains available to process provider events.
